Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. In 1990 I moved to America along with my parents and brother when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my life. With the opportunity to have a better life I was determined to try my best to please them and was focused on my success. My goals were set for me to go to university, get work in a corporate, marry and buy the house. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But the reality of life changed my plans. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time to earn a living when I knew I was destined for something more. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I was drawn to personal training. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian women. It is my goal to become a catalyst in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. I also strive to empower people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to do in their life. When my business was taking off, I lost my mother. The loss of my mother is hardest of all. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and my mind. It is true that life has a way with giving us the exact thing we require even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The death of my mother changed me so much and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to embark on a new journey which gave me the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a feeling of awe and vitality. It's as if that I'm living my life, rather than just surviving. My life is shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories as well as my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the greatest asset. Only one life is yours. I hope you enjoy it to the max.
