Robyn Rihanna, better called Rihanna in Barbados is an Barbadian artist and performer who has provided us with popular songs such as Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. Being a young and popular singer-songwriter, she's one of the top selling performers. Born in Barbados, she grew up to appreciate reggae music and began singing in the midst of her childhood. Disturbed by her chaotic family life and conflicting with her parents, she absorbed her self in music. She before long realized that she wished to become a professional singer. She formed a musical group when she was still in high school and got an opportunity to an audition with music producer Evan Rodgers who was highly impressed by the teenager's talents. In order to earn a living as a professional musician, he asked her to move in New York. Rihanna released her debut album and became an instant hit. The singer was popular among the youth for her peppy, foot-tapping music. This led to Rihanna taking up directing. Today, she's a teenager model and a model. Rihanna uses her fame to good use by being actively involved in several charity causes.
